NRH ERP privacy policy
Nile River Holdings LLC and its affiliated companies · effective November 3, 2026
Who we are and what NRH ERP is
NRH ERP (portal.nileriverholdings.com) is the private, internal accounting system of Nile River Holdings LLC and its affiliated companies (“NRH”, “we”). Only people NRH invites can sign in. It is not offered to the public or to consumers.
What we collect
- Business bank transactions of NRH's own accounts — date, amount, description, pending or posted — through Plaid, after an NRH owner connects the account, or from statement files we upload. We use Plaid's Transactions product only; we don't request account-holder names, addresses or other identity data.
- Business documents such as vendor and customer invoices, and the contact details printed on them.
- Information about our users: name, username, role, sign-in times and an audit record of the changes they make.
How we use it
Only to keep NRH's books: recording bank activity, matching payments to invoices, reconciling accounts and preparing reports and tax filings. We never sell, rent or share this data for advertising or marketing.
Plaid
We use Plaid Inc. to connect NRH's bank accounts. When an owner connects an account, they sign in to the bank through Plaid, and Plaid shares that account's transactions with NRH ERP (read-only — nothing can move money). Plaid's handling of that information is described in the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. A connection can be removed at any time in Settings → Bank feed, which revokes it at Plaid.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run NRH ERP for us, under their own security and confidentiality terms: Amazon Web Services (hosting, encrypted backups, reading scanned documents), Plaid (bank connections) and Google (email and an encrypted backup copy). If an owner turns on an AI assistant, only the data a question needs is sent to the provider they chose. We also share records with our accountants and with authorities when the law requires it.
How we protect it
Access over HTTPS only; every user signs in with a password and a code from an authenticator app; access is limited by role and company; bank access tokens and keys are encrypted; stored data and backups are encrypted at rest; every change is recorded in an audit log.
How long we keep it, and deletion
Accounting records are kept as long as tax and legal rules require (at least seven years), then deleted. When a bank connection is no longer needed it is disconnected and its access token deleted. A user's access ends the day they leave NRH.
Your choices and contact
If you are an NRH user, a vendor or a customer and want to know what we hold about you, have it corrected or, where the law allows, deleted, write to Sameh Radwan, CEO, at sameh@radwaninternational.com. We answer within 30 days. We will post any change to this policy on this page with its new date.
